SUARA NEGERI | JAKARTA — Investigators from the Attorney General's Office (AGO) Special Crimes Unit (Jampidsus) have apparently been investigating allegations of export value manipulation, or under-invoicing, in the crude palm oil (CPO) trade involving 10 major palm oil exporting companies.
"We will investigate all the parties involved," said Acting Head of the AGO's Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum), Mochamad Jeffry, in a statement on Saturday, May 30, 2026.
Jeffry continued, not only the companies being questioned, but also several other witnesses.
From this investigation, Jeffry believes that investigators will soon announce the parties involved in under-invoicing in the crude palm oil (CPO) trade involving 10 major palm oil exporting companies.
Furthermore, he said, this investigation began several months ago.
"We are conducting investigations from both the company and the ministry. We have also requested information from all competent parties involved in this case. We are currently clarifying everything," said Jeffry.(dea)
